Behind every well-organized school is hardworking administration holding it up. And that’s exactly Helen Belleville’s role. Amidst the covid pandemic, Helen (former educator) was invited by her charter school to help improve their outdated database and create a more efficient enrollment and tracking data process.
“In all honesty, if we didn’t have a convenient solution for either of those pieces, the whole project would have been gone.”
Helen used Airtable to input K-12 information. This included student information and teachers’ curriculum, enrollment, and grades. She was looking for something that can accept linked and nested data, but a tool that wasn’t code-heavy since these had to be implemented quickly. What she came across was either way too expensive or didn’t allow her to easily manipulate the data.
Helen has been a devoted customer since Documint’s start. For Helen, customer support and the easy-to-use template designer sparked her initial interest. Then her integration with Airtable and adding her data straight to the template without code made it evident she found the solution for her school.
“What I really love about Documint is it takes our information in Airtable in a very intuitive way and then lets us put it pretty much however we want it to on a document.”
“My use case was really valid, that was cool to be part of. The new features that rolled out were because we needed them.”
“So I encourage people to reach out, have the team help you build out your first template, and don’t be afraid to keep asking them to help in the process.”
"You all created a template for me, only $80, and it was a huge time saver for me."
